なので選択肢を見ると、AもBも否定形の文なので「君の提案がなければ、電車に乗っていなかったよ」という仮定法大過去の文章ができそうです。
過去の事実とは異なる時に使う仮定法大過去。基本の形は、
If S＋動詞の大過去形, S' would have＋過去分詞
今回の文はIf節の文の代わりにwithout ～「～がなければ」という表現を使っています。
